📩 Delivery & Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days . Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after shipment.

During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 6 working days . All our packages are delivered to your home via La Poste (no relay point).

My order is not complete

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. We work with different warehouses and suppliers, which may result in separate shipments.

If a package takes more than 35 working days to arrive, contact us: you will be fully refunded and you can keep the item received.

🛒 Order Management

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is being processed or shipped and cannot be changed.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number . You can track your package on the La Poste website.

If you do not receive the tracking number within 3 business days , contact us by email.

❗ Problems & Returns

The item received is broken or defective

We apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this issue quickly, please email us:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • A photo or video of the product

No need to return the item: a refund in the form of a voucher (or other method upon request) will be offered to you.
