At Ma Cuisine Boutique , we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange .

⚠️ Important: For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs remain your responsibility and will not be refunded.

📩 How to request a refund or exchange?

  1. Contact us at: contact@macuisineboutique.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return form and return address.
  3. Return the item in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
  4. In accordance with Google policies, we will initiate your refund within a maximum of 2 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.

📦 Return conditions

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition , with all its accessories and in its original packaging.
  • If the item is defective or not as described , we will offer you an exchange or a full refund , including return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind :
    • The refund will only cover the price of the product
    • Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
